Woven Metal Collection Gallery
Welcome to one of our signature collections of fine hardware. The Metal Artisans of Uttar Pradesh, India weave these contemporary wire knobs using techniques adapted from their generations-old occupation as itinerate tinkers and metal-smiths. The woven leather knob combines fine strands of rich black leather woven over brass wire. This strong contemporary look is complemented by rich mahogany, cherry, or ebony finished cabinets or drawers. The woven copper knob combines great contrast for light woods and painted cabinets, or blended with cherry, mahogany or other warm-colored woods. The woven pewter knob combines rich woven pewter-finished wire which gives a soft metallic sheen that’s perfect for contemporary blond woods. Our woven knobs are offered in both small and large sizes.
