Shipping

Our orders ship via USPS Priority or via UPS. Any international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. You will receive a confirmation email from Sunburst Knobs, as well as an email from UPS or USPS with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number so you may get updates on the progress of your package.
Orders typically ship within 1 business day after you place your order. In addition to order processing time, the time in transit will vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Time in transit guidelines for each shipping method are outlined below.

UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes
Orders received for items in stock are typically shipped within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays are not considered business days.
Some items may be on backorder. If your item is on backorder and/or requires special ordering, you will be notified via email with details regarding additional processing time.
IMPORTANT: Selecting UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air means your merchandise will arrive in the time frame specified after the product has been shipped. However, the time required to process and fulfill your order may result in additional time for delivery. Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Delivery outside the 48 Continental United States may require additional time in transit, regardless of service selected.
