You can now checkout securely and safely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or Google Checkout!

Shopping at Sunburst Knobs is easy. Simply follow these steps to place your order:

Shop
Click on any of the "collections" of products on the left navigation bar. on the top navigation bar. Then click on any photo to obtain more details about a particular style. From the Product Details page, you may click on the thumbnails on the left navigation bar to browse through the rest of the catalog.
Add to Cart
Once you find a style you like, select the size and quantity you wish to purchase. Occasionally, an item listed as available may not be. If that is the case, you will be notified when your order is processed.
Click the “Add to Cart” button. This will display the Shopping Cart with all the items you have selected.
View your item(s) in the shopping cart and verify the order quantity. You may also remove items from your cart at this point.
If you are ready to check out, click the “Send Order” button. This will initiate the checkout process. If you would like to continue adding items to your cart, click the “Keep Shopping” button to return to the product catalog.
Checkout
Clicking the “Send Order” button will display the “Checkout” page.
In the Shipping Information section, enter the name, address and phone number where you would like your order shipped.
In the Shipping Options section, select your Shipping Method from the drop down menu. You may click the “Apply” button to review the shipping charges for each method.
In the Billing Information section, enter the name, address and phone number where you would like your order billed. This information must match the billing address on your credit card.
In the Payment Method section, select your credit card type from the drop down menu, enter your credit card number, and select the expiration month and year from the drop down menus.
In the Other Information section, enter your email address and select your email preferences.
Click the “Continue” button. This will display the Address Validation page.
Review and confirm your address.
Click the “Continue” button. This will display the Order Review page.
Review Order
Review your order and verify that the information is correct. You may click the “Edit” buttons to modify any part of your order.
When you are satisfied with the order information, click the “Send Order” button. This will display the Order Confirmation page.
Print Order Confirmation
Print your order confirmation for your records.

After completing the Checkout process, you should receive two email messages from Sunburst Knobs:

Order Confirmation - This email is sent immediately after submitting your order and provides an order summary. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour of completing the Checkout process, there is likely a problem with the email transmission. Shipping Confirmation - This email confirms the shipment of your order and is typically sent within 1-2 business days after submitting your order.
Tracking Number Confirmation- You will receive an email from UPS that will contain your tracking number shortly after your item(s) have shipped.

Your order should arrive in accordance with the availability noted for the items you purchased and the shipping option selected during the Checkout process. You may track the status of your order online by entering your tracking number in the UPS website.
