How do I return a product?
Please visit our guarantee page to learn more about our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If you are unhappy with, or have been shipped a defective product, please send please return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging. Within the first 30 days we will replace your item, or refund the product price, at your option. After 30 days, we will either repair or replace your item at our discretion. A nominal processing and shipping charge will be applied. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable, and all returns, must be sent prepaid to our company address, which can be found on the Contact page. A copy of your original receipt or packing slip must be included.

Does Sunburst Knobs charge Sales Tax?
No. Sunburst Knobs is based in Portland, Oregon. As a result, we are not required to charge sales tax to any address within Oregon. For orders shipped to addresses in all other states, the customer is responsible for remitting any applicable sales/use tax to their state of residence.
