Guarantee

Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we are proud to offer a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee on our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or find it to be defective, please return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging. Within the first 30 days we will replace your item, or refund the product price, at your option. After 30 days, we will either repair or replace your item at our discretion. A nominal processing and shipping charge will be applied. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable, and all returns, must be sent prepaid to our company address, which can be found on the Contact page. A copy of your original receipt or packing slip must be included.
