Bone Collection Gallery

Our small but distinctive collection of bone knobs are produced in the Rajasthan area of India. The Bone Artisans of Rajasthan carve, inlay and stain these knobs in the tradition of their Rajput artisan heritage. The animal bones, from camel and cattle, are collected by nomadic herders in the Thar desert region of Rajasthan. These artisans come from generations of “recyclers", with very little going to waste. The inlaid details are simply exquisite.
